What is a Maxapp?
A Maxapp is one product that is a website and a fully installable app at the same time. Arcus opens instantly from a link in any browser, and installs to a home screen in one tap. No App Store, no download, no update cycle. Same product, same login, same data on every device.
What is a brief?
One brief covers a full day of operations: morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. It includes named staff schedules, prioritised task lists, and labour cost forecasting.
Can I switch plans?
Not from inside Arcus yet. Write to us from the Contact page and we change your plan by hand. Credits already on your account stay there.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits are added on top of your balance each billing period, and credits never expire.
What data do I need?
Upload your booking history (a PMS export or spreadsheet as CSV, XLSX or XLS), your services list and your staff roster. Arcus reads your columns whatever they are called.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with 3 forecast credits, enough for three full-day briefs before you buy anything. After that, the Starter pack at $19 for 10 briefs is the smallest step.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Write to us from the Contact page and we cancel the subscription, with no penalty. Credits already on your account stay there. Annual plans are billed once and are not refunded, but you keep access for the full year.
