One brief covers a full day of operations — morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. It includes named staff schedules, prioritised task lists, and labour cost forecasting.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each month. One-time credit pack credits never expire.
What data do I need?
Upload your booking history (PMS export, spreadsheet, or CSV), your services list, and your staff roster. Arcus reads any format.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but the Starter pack at $19 for 10 briefs is a low-risk way to see your first savings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access for the full year.
